HiRePro offered the client a hosted & managed online contest which assisted the client to implement prospective Idea recruiting & branding methodologies.

Promotion of the contest
HiRePro channelized both the online and offline promotional modes to obtain efficient and efficient promotion of the event. The Promotion of the contest was done through various channels. Few of these were:
- HiRePro contacted the training and placement cells in over 75 colleges; informed them about the contest, and circulated promotional pamphlets and banners in the campus.
- Sent over 1.5 lakh promotional mails to target audience.
- Posted promotional content on various online communities and sent invites to prospective participants through social networking sites.
Response management & Evaluation
HiRePro received an overwhelming response from the participants on the contest website. HiRePro set up a team to ensure all the queries from the participants were answered through mails/phone calls and enabled the smooth sailing of the contest. The client has a development centre in Bangalore and as a part of expansion of the India delivery centre, there was a major ramp up which was planned. The client approached HiRePro to help them in the recruitment program. As a part of the basic planning, HiRePro understood the entire client requirement. HiRePro was commissioned to work with three business units and the technical groups, which needed immediate ramp up, to fulfill their people needs. Being an exclusive service provider, we introduced service levels to ensure smooth operation and time bound delivery. The backend delivery team owned the sourcing function and was responsible for managing the candidate procurement to ensure healthy requisition pipelines.

Operations
HiRePro introduced a new scalable recruitment process & implemented the operations across the hiring teams with a buy in from the client HR and people department. After understanding the current processes employed by the client, the account manager provided the client, a new perspective on the hiring issues and measures that can be takes to resolve the same. The account manager also provided insights to the client in the area of talent landscaping and compensation benchmarking to provide a competitive edge in their recruitment function.
As a first step, HiRePro went about harvesting the right candidates from the internal repository which was largely unutilized with the help of ResumePro - our revolutionary recruitment management engine. HiRePro also introduced new channel partners for procurement & were able to motivate the existing ones to source more relevant candidates.
HiRePro also centralized the complete recruitment of different groups & provided the entire hiring mangers with a product interface to access it. The vendors where given timely feedback on profiles they sourced & the candidates were timely updated about their status in the recruitment supply chain. HiRePro also suggested the client to bring down the time lag for the offer approval thereby resulting in a lower candidate offer rejection.
HiRePro pioneered the concept of centralized mail id for all the resumes flowing from external vendors. It helped to keep track of all the resume inflow & provide frequent feedback to vendors & candidates. HiRePro also made it a leveraged ResumePro for the candidate repository management and all the candidate status was marked in the same for the enterprise usage.
HiRePro also were involved in regular interaction with the hiring managers & provided them with the updates regarding the open requisitions. HiRePro made it a practice to have biweekly and weekly status update meeting where the recruitment related updates were provided to all the stake holders. HiRePro also instituted daily, biweekly and weekly reports to apprise all the stakeholders regarding the recruitment supply chain function.
