The first line of defense is that HiRePro maintains a real-time backup of your data between multiple servers, commonly known as replication. This type of backup protects your data from loss caused by server or hard disk failures or physical disasters.

The second line of defense is that we make regular scheduled backups of your data and your attachments. All critical data will remain in an encrypted format for additional security. Should any failure occur in the primary server, the secondary server gets activated within a couple of hours. This provides protection against catastrophic failures, abuse by an employee, and accidental deletion of data, viruses, or any other type of corruption that leads to data loss (that would be replicated to all servers).

Your data is never unsecured or made viewable to third parties, as indicated in our privacy policy. It is stored in keycard secured facilities using servers in locked cages accessible only by HiRePro and site administrators. For professional customers, all information is stored and transmitted using 128-bit SSL encryption, the same security used by most online retailers.

HiRePro adopts a very transparent system of Applicant Management and we provide backups on demand. User can backup in a CSV format.
