Important Terms and Conditions
* Any position that is filled within that period for that client - the credit will go to the sourcing affiliate
* Duplication check will be applicable for a period as defined by client
* Payment for the position will be done as stipulated by out parent contract with the company
* Rates will be applicable for each and every position individually
* Rates will range from 3.5% to 8.33% of CTC - will be there for every position
Processes - Affiliation
* HiRePro send the affiliate application form (attached in the next slide) to the interested affiliates
* Discussion on the program between HiRePro and the affiliate
* Affiliate fills in the form
* HiRePro processes the form and accepts the affiliate as a partner in the program
Processes - Requirements
* Based on the profile of the affiliate (expertise, location, etc.), HiRePro will share requirements with the affiliate
* These requirements will become visible on the “dashboard” in our affiliate management system –along with the terms for each requirement
* Upon acceptance, affiliate will be given detailed information for the requirement –enable the affiliate to better source the candidate
* Affiliate can then upload resumes for the accepted requirements on the affiliate management system
* All information regarding the progress of the candidate, status of the requisitions, number of vendors for that requirement will be shared with the affiliate
* Periodic review of the progress for each requirement will be ensured
